Customer Advisor (CA)

As a Customer Advisor in our store your job is to make sure our customers have a great shopping experience in B&Q, this can involve everything from ensuring that stock is available on the shelf to providing advice on products and home improvement projects, we have two types of advisors:

  • Sales - As a Customer Advisor Sales you'll be expected to sell products and projects through offering friendly, helpful advice to our customers. You'll be expected to ensure that you're set up to sell in your designated trading area of the store by having maximum on shelf availability and excellent presentation standards.

    Customer Advisor Sales roles include: CA Building, CA Décor, CA Gardening, CA Hardware, CA Showroom, CA Trade Sales Support.
  • Sales Support - As a Customer Advisor Sales Support you'll be expected to ensure that our customers have a positive experience when they shop with us, through delivering the required expectations relevant to your particular sales support role, i.e. at the checkouts providing a friendly and efficient service or as a greeter, meeting and welcoming our customers as they walk into our stores.

    Customer Advisor Sales Support roles include: Administration (Showroom, Receiving, HR), Cash Office, Car Park, Checkouts, HRC, Greeter, Goods Receiving, Night Crew, Picker, Pricing, Replenishment (AM & Twilight), Telephonist, Van Driver
