One of the unique things about B&Q is that the products we sell make a big difference to peoples’ homes – and hence, their lives. Our Experts are people with first-hand skills and knowledge who can help customers to choose the right product and show them how to make the best use of it.

We have Experts in all the following areas: Building, Electricals, Horticulture, Interior Design, Joinery, Plumbing and Trade Sales. As well as offering practical advice, an Expert will be expected to run demonstration sessions, showing customers how to use different tools and carry out jobs around the home.
