Human Resources Advisor (HRA)

If every store is a business, its most important asset is the people who make up the store team. The role of an HRA is to look after that asset: supporting the managers in each area of the store and making sure that everyone in the team has the skills and support they need to do their job. From recruiting new people to developing careers to resolving disputes, it’s your job to help the store live up to B&Q’s aim of being a great place for people to work as well as shop.
