Installations

Although many of our customers still like to ‘Do It Themselves’, an increasing number now prefer to have the work done for them. So B&Q offers customers a comprehensive Installation service, to make it as easy and as cost-effective as possible for them to achieve the home of their dreams.

B&Q’s Installations team has expanded rapidly in recent years, both in the field and in our Installations Service Centre (ISC) in Fareham.

The ISC acts as a central hub, co-ordinating projects and deliveries, while a network of Divisional and Regional teams looks after the project at a local level – from carrying out a site survey to ensuring that the work is completed to a high standard.

The Installers we use are mostly sub-contracted professionals: specialists in fitting kitchens, bathrooms, flooring or decorating. So the challenge for our Installations Team is to make sure we always have the best Installers available – and that we support them with everything they need to get the job done, on time and on budget.
