Supervisor

Supervisors are the glue that holds the store together – providing direct, hands-on management of the individual teams in every part of the store. As a Supervisor, your role is to make sure that what’s been agreed is actually delivered. You’ll focus on one of three functions: Service, Receiving and Replenishment.

On a day to day basis, you’ll ensure the people in your team know what they should be doing and have the skills and resources to do it. You’ll keep them motivated, enthusiastic and delivering their part of the overall store plan.
