Trading Manager

Every store is made up of a series of trading areas, which are almost a business in their own right: flooring, lighting, power tools and so on. As a Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one or more of these areas and the team that looks after it. It's your job to keep your team motivated, enthusiastic and focused on making your area a successful part of the store - and a great place for customers to shop.
