Twice yearly appraisals and regular one-to-ones with your manager will give you the chance to discuss your strengths and challenges, what extra development you would like to undertake and how you see your Personal Development Plan and career progressing.

This isn't a ‘check-up’. It's a genuine two-way discussion, to help your manager understand what motivates you and how to keep you successful in your work.

We believe in developing our future leaders from within, as well. For all managers, there’s a structured career path based on Development Reviews. These are an opportunity for you to plan your own career path, with support from your manager in terms of guiding your choices and assessing your progress.
