A lot of people tell us that B&Q has a unique atmosphere, with a strong sense of family - whether you work in one of our stores, at our Store Support Office (head office) in Southampton, or in the field.

That's something we're enormously proud of.

We want everyone who works for us to feel like they belong and to feel happy in their work, because we believe that's the key to providing great customer service.
